In order to generate a log run Steam and click LIBRARY.Ģ.

Try to generate a log file according to the instructions below: Strange, the problems with installing mods in Steam are always connected only with the fact that there are non-English characters on the path to Steam Exe or to the game folder or user folder. The only addresses in the path not shown is D:\SteamLibrary Here's a screenshot of the editors directory structure: Weird, eh? wtf.Maybe proving grounds will work right tomorrow? And that's all I did so far with that map is hack a height map in to it, I've done nothing at all other than that to it and that's the only one of 3 proving grounds sees. The only one of the 3 proving grounds does see is one I 'hacked' a height map for taking a screen shot from Google Maps with terrain on and editing all the text and road labels out of it. Windows 10 pro 64bit.Įdit: Yes all of the maps I'm working on I run build terrain and save before copying the level files over from the editor directory to the game directory so I can test it since proving grounds oddly doesn't see them. They're properties are Read Only but access is allowed to all of them. The game runs from a steam library on it's own partition.ĭ:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MudRunner\ Maybe proving grounds will work right tomorrow? I don't get how one will show up and not the others that are in the same directory on the same drive in the same partition the game runs from. Only one of the 3 maps I'm working on in the editor shows up in the proving grounds level list. The only thing still not working right is I can't test maps in proving grounds. I don't have to use mods+ anymore to get mods to show up in the game. It was just this game that wasn't working right, full of errors, but now it's working again all of a sudden. Now when someone says you don't know me you can correct them saying we've met.

There is no Latin translation of my display name that I know of. I'm afraid to re-install because last time I did a fresh install, a few days ago, getting the editor and everything working again was a nightmare. Even after opting out of the betas and going back to the public version = everything is still locked, years of playing this game to get achievements and unlock everything down the toilet. I was quite upset that attempting to participate in the betas deleted years of progress in the game. I opted in to the betas to check them out and ever since then the game has been doing weird things like this. They're in the mods window and on the installed side but not showing up to select. And all of a sudden the only way I can get maps to work is by manually installing them and cheating with mods+ to get them to show up in the game at all.
